These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated for Four Creeks Homeowners Association (“the association”). By using the site you accept them; if you don't, please don't use the site.

What this site is for

This site shares community information with residents of Four Creeks and with visitors who want to learn about the neighborhood, and it provides a convenient way to contact the board and management office. It is an informational site: nothing is sold here, and nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, or professional advice.

The governing documents come first

The content of this site is kept accurate in good faith, but it can change and may occasionally lag behind decisions of the board. The association's recorded governing documents — and formal notices given under them — always control over anything written on this site. Nothing here amends, replaces, or reinterprets those documents. If anything on this site appears to conflict with them, the governing documents govern.

Contact form messages are not formal notice

The contact form and the email address on this site are convenient ways to reach the board and management office. They are not a channel for formal or legal notice. Where the governing documents or applicable law require notice to be given in a particular way, use that method; a message sent through this site does not satisfy such a requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or its contact form — including sending unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages, impersonating another person, submitting bulk or automated messages, or attempting to interfere with the operation of the site or the services it relies on.

Third-party services

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and the site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Those services operate under their own terms, which we don't control. Links to any external site are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement of its content.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the association, its board members, and its managing agents are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

The association may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “last updated” date, and applies from the moment it is posted.
